Antistatic Ionizing Guns

The antistatic ionizing gun is designed for blowing with ionized air in which the ionized air discharge the object and simultaneously remove particles from the surface.

The major antistatic ionizing gun BHAC11-G is designed to discharge larger surfaces and can also provide a greater airflow. BHAC21-G is a smaller and lighter ionizing gun suitable for smaller applications such as in optics and other applications where only small parts / surfaces are to be discharged and that requires less airflow. As an alternative to ionizing guns, one can sometimes use fixed installations of blowing bars or fans, or in production lines mount nozzles on robotic arms.



The antistatic ionizing gun BHAC11-G is developed for blowing ionized air.
Typical applications for the pistol is discharging and purging in the processing industry and for discharging and cleaning of surface details such as lacquering plants. BHAC11-G also finds use in cleaning of equipment and enclosures for machinery and machine lines with high hygiene requirements. For smaller applications in optics, electronics, pharmaceuticals etc there is a smaller ionizing gun BHAC21-G.

The blowing nozzle is made of an outer aluminum casing so that the nozzle is cut off in three directions and the shielded cable ensures a smooth installation of the power unit to the nozzle. The ionizing gun is fitted with a dry and clean blowing air from 0.5 to 1.5 bar pressure through a quick connector for 6 mm pneumatic tubing.
The shutter actuates a valve of the so-called progressive type, meaning that the amount of air will increase according to how much the shutter button is pressed. A final position on the trigger that is marked with a little extra pressure resistance which allows full air flow known as boost function.
High ohmic resistors are connected before each pin of the nozzle and provides good contact and ensures safe operation in polluted environment. The shielded high voltage cable is interchangeable. All parts are interchangeable. Blowing nozzles, and a variety of accessories such as foot valve, solenoid valves with the necessary sensors and controls, etc. are available for fixed installation. The ionizing gun is connected to a power unit in the series PUAC.
